Tuned-in TES Review

Tuned-in gets a positive review in the TES web extra...

Eclectic, imaginative, inspirational...you’d be some time trawling through the thesaurus to find a single word to describe the Tuned-In website.

Internet Explorer 7.0

We've had a report of mp3 files not playing when the site is used via IE7.0.
Please check that you have assigned mp3 file types to the media player of your choice (eg Windows Media Player > Tools>Options>File Types and ensure that mp3 audio is selected). Close WMP and close IE. Relaunch IE and the problem should be sorted.

Tuned-in...it's revamp time!

So, whilst everyone's off sunning themselves we're busy re-vamping Tuned-in in readiness for the Autumn Term.

First off, we're coverting the previous site into a blog - which means more interactivity and the possibility of using this site more creatively in the classroom.

Then we're sandblasting many of the exisiting units and removing all embedded sound file links.

And finally...we'll be adding new streamed content with lots of video and music - hosted by our friends at Gateshead Grid for Learning.
